As part of this project, Weteam S.r.l. has completed a structured process to consolidate and modernize its digital infrastructure, taking coordinated and consistent action in the areas of cloud computing, cybersecurity, Digital workplace and digital channels. Migrating services to the public cloud , with dedicated virtual machines for web, application, and databases, along with the implementation of scheduled backups to the public cloud, has resulted in a significant improvement in operational continuity, reliability, scalability, and resilience compared to the previous setup based on a physically hosted server.
From an operational standpoint, the project has led to a tangible improvement in business efficiency , enabling the processing of large volumes of data, ensuring service continuity even under critical conditions, and providing secure access to information from any authorized location or device.
The new public cloud-based architecture has improved upon the existing private cloud-based solution, significantly reducing downtime and overall enhancing the quality of services provided to customers.
