EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation
With this policy WETEAM S.r.l. intends to inform users who are visitors of the website “www.weteam.it” (hereinafter the“Site“) of the policy adopted regarding the Protection of Personal Data by emphasizing its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site. Please read carefully our Privacy Policy, which applies both in case you access the Site and simply decide to browse within it, and in case you intend to use our services.
Browsing within the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of certain areas where the user may freely and expressly provide a set of data concerning him/her in order to access specifically identified services. Where, therefore, the user intends to provide his or her personal data to access such additional services, he or she will be expressly informed in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation (the “Regulation“) with an indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of data use by WETEAM S.r.l. as well as the right to request at any time the deletion of the data or their update.
Pursuant to and in accordance with Article 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation WETEAM S.r.l. provides you with the following information.
1. Identity and contact details of the data controller
The website www.weteam.it (the “Site”) is operated by WETEAM S.r.l., with registered office in Rome (RM), Via C. G. Viola, 27, 00148, tel.[0660201247] fax [0692941287], Tax Code and VAT No. 10829231009 (“WETEAM”), as the Data Controller under the Regulations.
2. Types of personal data processed
No registration is required to access the Site. However, there are sections within the Site that require registration or the use of a username and password, in order to benefit from the relevant services, or services for the use of which it is necessary to provide your data (e.g. to contact us, receive the newsletter, etc.). With reference to data related to navigation within the Site, see also point 6 below regarding Profiling Tools used by the Site.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Data are collected and processed for purposes strictly related to the use of the Site and its services. The purposes of data use are detailed in the specific disclosures provided by the Site in all cases of data collection. We therefore ask that you wish to read the notices that from time to time illustrate the characteristics of the processing that will be carried out by WETEAM
The processing of your data will take place in full compliance with privacy regulations.
4. Optional provision of personal data
The provision of personal data is generally optional in nature. Only in certain cases, failure to provide data may make it impossible to access specific services and obtain what may have been requested; failure to provide such data may therefore prevent WETEAM from allowing access to certain services of the Site or to respond to user requests. The data required from time to time are indicated in the data collection forms on the Site – e.g., by indicating them with an asterisk (*) – and the consequences of failure to provide them are set out in the specific disclosures on the data collection pages.
5. Mode of data processing and scope of communication
The data will be processed both electronically and on paper. Weteam Srl ensures the lawful and according to correctness treatment of personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with current legislation, as well as the maximum confidentiality of data provided during registration.
6. Tools for “profiling” and/or personalization
WETEAM does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising communication activities without the prior express consent of the user.
The Site uses “cookies,” both technical (i.e., to facilitate navigation and use of the Site) and profiling (i.e., to analyze users and their behaviors and preferences, and get them personalized advertisements).
7. Place of data processing and transfers
Processing related to the services provided by the Site is carried out at the legal and administrative headquarters of WETEAM S.r.l., Via C. G. Viola 27, Rome (RM), 00148.
The processed data collected and processed through the Site will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
8. Period of data retention
Your data will be processed for the length of time stipulated in the specific disclosures provided at the time of collection.
9. Rights of data subjects
By communication to be sent to privacy@weteam.it, WETEAM S.r.l., with registered office in Via C. G. Viola 27, Rome (RM), 00148, you may at any time exercise the rights set forth in Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulations, including knowing what data we are processing, how and for what purposes we use it, modify the data you have provided us with or delete it, ask us to limit the use of your data, request to receive or transmit your data, without prejudice to the possibility of always changing your consents (if any were provided). You can also always object to the processing of your data carried out, in particular, for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences.
10. To whom you can turn to bring a complaint
We would like to remind you that if you believe that the processing that concerns you violates the provisions of the Regulations, you can always lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the Data Protection Authority of the country in which you habitually reside, work, or the place where the alleged violation occurred.
11. Applicable law
This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016, which ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out with respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms and dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
12. Revision clause
WETEAM reserves the right to revise, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any manner and/or at any time, without prior notice, this Privacy Policy, including in consideration of changes in data protection laws or regulations. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be communicated by posting a prominent notice in the notice or on the Home Page of the site or by sending an e-mail message. However, users are encouraged to check for updates to this policy by visiting the Site.

13. Privacy Policy
pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulations in order to manage the use of the Services requested through the Site, to manage our loyalty activities and to respond to your requests, if any;
on the basis of your consent, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1(a) of the Regulations, to put in place marketing activities and analysis of your preferences.
In any case, processing will take place in accordance with the requirements set forth in the current provisions – and their subsequent amendments and/or additions – issued on the matter by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
14. Specific rights
Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulations recognize specific rights including:
- Obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed;
- To obtain access to your personal data and the information specified in Article 15 of the Regulations;
- Obtain correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay or supplementation of incomplete personal data;
- Obtain the deletion of personal data about you without undue delay;
- Obtain the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you;
- To be informed of any rectification or deletion or restriction of processing carried out in relation to personal data concerning you;
- Receive in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format personal data about you;
- To object at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you.
In particular, your right to revoke at any time any processing consents you may have given and to object to our analytical activities remains unaffected.
In addition, pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulations, you will have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you carried out in pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulations.
